Frequently asked questions

Three steps:

1. Connect a wallet (top right) — MetaMask or any injected wallet.
2. Top up your credits from the Wallet page.
3. Pick any game and place your bet.

Everything runs in credits. Balances, stakes, wins and losses are all denominated in credits, which are conventional units with no real-cash value. Honest bookkeeping, every round verifiable.

Before you ever bet, the server commits to its secret seed by publishing its SHA-256 hash. Each outcome is then derived from HMAC(serverSeed, clientSeed:nonce) — and the client seed is yours to set, so the house can’t pick results it likes.

When you rotate your seed pair (in the Provably Fair panel inside any game), the old server seed is revealed. You can hash it to check it matches the earlier commitment, then recompute any past round yourself. Changed results are mathematically off the table.

Both are near-instant. Topping up credits your play balance right away; collecting moves credits straight back to your connected wallet. Your credit balance updates as soon as the action confirms.

Your wallet balance is the credits held in your own wallet — only you control it. Your play balance is what you’ve topped up into the arena: a ledger balance that games settle against instantly, with no per-bet transactions. Collect any time to move play balance back to your wallet.

Bonuses are promotional perks — they extend your bankroll and are never collectible as such. Most carry a wagering (rollover) requirement: for example, a 0.1-credit bonus at ×30 must see 3 credits of weighted wagering within 72 hours before it fully clears. Top-up matches unlock proportionally — the locked bonus releases into your balance as you wager, no all-or-nothing cliff. While a bonus is live, bets are capped at 0.1 credits and bonus winnings collect up to ×5 the bonus. 16 levels across five groups — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — with a reward at every level. Points come from credit-funded play: each 1 credit wagered earns 10,000 points × your tier multiplier (wagering during an active bonus doesn’t count). Three pillars, all funded by the house edge. (1) Rakeback — a share of the house edge back on every bet, scaling from 3% at the entry level up to 16% at Diamond III, claimable anytime from Rewards. (2) Weekly cashback (Silver I and up) — every Monday you get back 5–10% of your net weekly losses as a ×3-wagering bonus, up to 5 credits. (3) Level-up rewards — a one-time free bet on reaching each level (a tiny free spin in early Bronze, up to 0.2 credits at the top, ×3 wagering). Loyalty points accrue only on your own credit-funded play.
